A special event showcasing baked treats will be taking place in Melbourne this coming March.
Avid bakers from Essendon and other suburbs of the coastal capital won’t want to miss a two-day event taking place as part of the 2024 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival (MFWF).
Entitled “Baker’s Dozen”, the weekend event is to be a celebration of all the baked delights produced in the city from around the world and at home, from French Croissants and Italian canelés, to classic buns, cakes and tarts from Australian family recipes.
The open-air market will feature bakers and pâtissiers from all over the Victoria capital and beyond, showcasing their creations and talents. Baker Bleu, Bread Club, Black Star, Falco, Holy Sugar, The Flour, Lune, Monforte Viennoiserie, Mali Bakes, To Be Frank and Tarts Anon are all confirmed to attend.
Vendors attending important industry events often enlist the help of professional banner printing services to style up their stands and installations with branded decor.
Gluten-free baked delights specialist Kudo will also be appearing at the event, ensuring everyone can get the chance to enjoy fresh pastries and breads at the festival.
Bakers Dozen will be held from Saturday, March 23 to Sunday, March 24 within the Main Square of Fed Square, from 11am onwards. The site can be found at the corner of Swanston Street and Flinders Street in Melbourne.
