Essendon business owners can extend their network and enjoy a fun evening out next month, with the latest networking evening organised by Moonee Valley City Council.
The event will be hosted by Melbourne-based journalist Angela Pippos, who spent 14 years with the ABC network working in news and sports before moving to host sports programmes on morning radio, becoming the first woman to co-host Sport 927’s breakfast show.
She has co-hosted many sports programmes on both radio and television, and has more recently moved into freelancing. Her first feature film was screened earlier this year, and her first book – which was based on her life during the 2005 Australian Football League season – was shortlisted for a literary award.
These events attract entrepreneurs from across Moonee Valley, and are a good chance for Essendon business leaders to add new contacts to their address book.
Professional business card printing should be a priority to ensure participants can easily swap details. Digital Business Cards are also a good idea in modern networking, as they offer increased clarity and cost effectiveness over cards printed through more traditional means.
The event will be held at The Boathouse in nearby Moonee Ponds on Thursday, November 13th. The cost of the ticket includes dinner, drinks, and time for networking. Bookings must be made through the council by Friday, November 7th.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards
