American singer-songwriter bound for Essendon area

A renowned US recording artist is set to perform live in Melbourne next year.

Pop music fans from Essendon and other satellite cities of the coastal capital will get a chance to see Gracie Abrams on stage when she plays the Melbourne Forum in January 2024.

Major venues in state capitals sometimes look to skilled flyer printing services to create leaflets they can distribute and encourage attendance at the shows they put on.

This year in February, Abrams released her debut studio album entitled “Good Riddance”, and will be promoting it to antipodean audiences with tour dates Down Under.

Those attending the Melbourne gig will get a taste of her unique brand of pop with tracks from the album like “Difficult”, "Where Do We Go Now?" and "Amelie", as well as "Block Me out", “Unsteady”, “Two People” and “405” from the deluxe edition.

The Californian singer songwriter is the daughter of the TV and film producer Katie McGrath and film maker J. J. Abrams. Along with conducting her own headline tours, Abrams is also supporting music icon Taylor Swift, supplying her opening act for the Eras tour in Canada and the US in 2024.

Gracie Abrams will be at the Forum Melbourne next year on Monday, January 22. The venue is based on 154 Flinders Street in Melbourne, and the show will start at 7.30pm.
