Simon Griffith, the CEO of indie brand Who Gives a Crap is coming to Dandenong for the next Economic Development Unit gathering.
At this free event, Griffith will share insights about starting the toilet paper brand and the many ups and downs he experienced along the way. Who Gives a Crap started in July 2012 after Griffith learned that 40% of the global population doesn’t have access to a toilet. Now, Who Gives a Crap is a household name that’s raised and donated around $2.5 million to build toilets, and proper sanitation in developing countries.
At the morning meeting, Griffith will share with participants candid information about how he developed the business from idea to production stage, including how he went about using platforms such as crowd funding tools to raise capital.
