An Australian entertainer is arriving in Dandenong this spring to deliver a show designed especially for families.
Children in Dandenong are in for a special treat this springtime. The ARIA award-winning kid’s entertainer Emma Memma is coming to the suburb’s celebrated Drum theatre to play three shows in a single day. The performances are part of her “Boop and Twirl Tour” designed to thrill children across the country with colourful characters introduced via Memma’s channel on YouTube and subsequent recordings.
Children’s entertainers sometimes work with talented Graphic Design Services to create advertising artwork for their tours and shows the encourage attendance.
The October tour will see Emma Memma head out on the Butterfly Bus to entertain families throughout Australia with a show designed to get kids singing, dancing and signing. Favourite characters like Waffle the Wombat, Elvin Melvin and BB Butterfly will feature and a mix of classic and new songs will be performed including “Twirl Twirl” and “Pasta Necklace”.
Families are invited to dress up in Emma Memma’s favourite colours for the show: green, orange and pink.
Emma Memma will now be live at the Drum theatre on Sunday, October 6. The theatre can be found at the corner of Walker Street and Lonsdale Street in Dandenong. Performances are 45 minutes long with no interval and will take place at 10 am, 12 pm and 2.30 pm.
Tickets are $35 per person.
