Dandenong Market is going to be the venue for Christmas-themed family activities this month, with a variety of offerings suitable for all ages.
In conjunction with the Dandenong Community and Learning Centre, the market will be host to many creative workshops such as cookie decorating, making wooden tree ornaments and pinecone Christmas trees. There will also be the opportunity to make a deli wreath from fresh ingredients, with one activity taking place each day - so visitors might want to attend more than once during the month.
Some of the activities will also be linked to an online tutorial.
The traditional market stalls will be available for customers to peruse, particularly in the light of Christmas goodies being available.
This Sunday, 7 December, there will be an opportunity to get a photograph with Santa, a popular event that will most likely require queuing. On Saturday, 20 December, there will be a Christmas singalong, helping to get folk into the Christmas spirit.
Price lists for events such as markets are often produced at local Print shops.
12 Days of Christmas at Dandenong Market will be taking place until Sunday, 21 December, with activities running from 10 am until 2 pm. Dandenong Market can be found at the corner of Clow and Cleeland Streets in Dandenong. The market is free to attend.Get a Free Quote for Print
