Women in leadership in Croydon and the surrounding areas are invited to attend the Women’s Leadership Program retreat, scheduled for late 2025.
Participants will have the chance to unwind, recharge and replenish the body and soul over a three-day immersive experience in regional Victoria.
Over the course of the program, attendees will be supported and encouraged in their leadership roles, with space and time given to self-reflection and focus on their work teams, organisations, and the wider community.
The program will feature motivational input and testimonials from guest speakers, reflection time, interactive activities, a voice-coaching and presentation workshop, and supportive networking opportunities.
Through the program, participants will explore the principles and aptitudes for leadership, build confidence and resilience to become better leaders, and receive affirming, ongoing peer support from other women in leadership.
Organisers of similar events can use flyer printing to advertise and promote their offerings in contemporary, eye-catching and impactful ways.
The Women’s Leadership Program will be held from Wednesday, 19 November to Friday, 21 November 2025 at Yarra Valley Lodge, 2 Heritage Avenue, Chirmside Park, VIC, 3116. Participants will enjoy a two-night stay in a private suite, with all meals provided.
