Southport to host spring show
A multi-activity event is taking place this year in Southport promising three days of entertainment.
Those looking for family-friendly fun in Southport this springtime won’t want to miss the Gold Coast Show 2024. The epic three-day festivities will run from the late August into September and offers activities for all ages.
The show will boast dozens of different rides from gentle family-oriented options to opportunities for excitement for thrill seekers while Side Show Alley has a wide array of stalls and games for all. Friday and Saturday will feature unforgettable Kollosche Fireworks displays and show bags will be handed out as part of the festivities filled with promotional products and treats.
Food and drinks for every diet will be served at the show and entertainers will perform music on Triple M Gold Coast’s “Live and Loud Stage”. There will also be arts and homecraft competitions, camel rides and a chance for little ones to pet baby farm animals.
Owners can enjoy the spotlight on their canine companions at the Show Dogs event and horseback riders can showcase their skills in the saddle at the Equestrian Competition. Those keen to prove their physical prowess and stamina can also enter the popular Wood Chop event.
