Outdoor movie night to be held in Southport
An outdoor movie night is being held in Southport later this month, encouraging the community to get together and enjoy a night under the stars.
Gold Coast residents have the opportunity to enjoy the warm summer weather and a budget friendly treat when Movies Under The Stars presents the classic movie, Aladdin. The story is a tale about overcoming adversity despite the odds and the film is can be enjoyed by viewers of all ages.
This movie programme is brought to the community by the City of Gold Coast in the hopes of fostering family-friendly activities that are affordable and inclusive for all to enjoy.
Early arrival is recommended in order to find a spot on the lawn or to book one of the popular striped deckchairs or beanbags on offer. There are pre-movie activities available to keep children entertained while adults catch up with friends or soak up the relaxed outdoor atmosphere. Pets are welcome at this event.
There are numerous food options too. Attendees can bring their favourite treats in a picnic basket or purchase something from one of the nearby food trucks. City Councils offer numerous activities to their communities and may utilise brochure printing to distribute materials advertising events to residents.
Aladdin will be showing on Saturday 21st March at the Village Heart, Village Boulevard in Southport. The screening begins at 6:30pm and admission is free.
