There are in excess of 100 outlets in the area now and it has been suggested that
female customers are vital to the prosperity of the district. Diva Day is held every summer to help promote trade in The Village Business Improvement District in the center of the city and banner printing in Wauwatosa could be used to add extra color to the event. Brooke Boomer, one of the owners of The Ruby Tap, has said:
"It's for sure good for our business, it's good for the people of Tosa, and if you don't live in Tosa it brings people from all over into the Village, which keeps on growing. It brings people to see the development in the area."
Ms. Boomer has said 90 per cent of her customers are female. As a consequence, it is not a shock that she has a genuine enthusiasm for Diva Day, which provides prizes, and recognition for women.
While Diva Day in 2015 has not strayed far from the formula of the past, the event has gotten more organizations to participate. Marketing coordinator Mike Morgan, who is employed by the business district, has pointed out that the day got fresh corporate sponsorship this year. In addition, the rules of one of the competitions were adjusted to encourage spending.
