Wauwatosa Marines attend 250th anniversary ball
The Wauwatosa area will be rolling out the red carpet for an event that will recognize those who serve their country, and it will celebrate 250 years of tradition for the Marine Corps.
The annual Milwaukee Marine Corps Ball will once again offer a night of elegance. It will include the Ball Ceremony, and tickets to attend start at $35 each.
The event will open with a cocktail hour mixer where tap or cards will be accepted payments, but no cash transactions can be made. This will be followed by the Ball Ceremony before the time comes for the sit-down formal dinner. It will then be time for the guests to enjoy music and dancing, all while celebrating tradition with a nod to those who cannot be there. The dress for the occasion will be formal. Attendees can choose their entree when they order their tickets, with a kids’ meal option also available for those aged 18 and under.
