Professionals looking for work need look no further than the Autumn Recruitment Fair hosted by the Workforce Development Center.
Featuring 150 of the area’s top employers, plenty of opportunities are available for those seeking positions at all levels of business.
The Job Fair offers numerous opportunities for the unemployed, with many of the companies in attendance providing interviews on the spot for those interested. An available photo booth will also connect to LinkedIn so that those who go home empty handed will at least sharpen their online résumés. For jobseekers who are just starting out, or those who have been out of the game for a while, there are also free services available to help with résumé development, interview help, and preparations for starting at a new job. Admission and parking to the event will be free.
The event is being hosted by the Workforce Development Center, an alliance of businesses, government, and education with the stated goal of providing a lifelong resource to all jobseekers. With sites in Waukesha, Ozaukee, and Washington Counties, the group hosts the Autumn Recruitment Fair annually. This year, it expects more than 1,000 jobseekers in attendance.
The Autumn Recruitment Fair will be held this afternoon (October 14) from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Waukesha County Technical College at 800 Main Street in Pewaukee.
