The City of Greenfield will present the 8th Annual City of Greenfield Car Show next month for any car enthusiasts wishing to show off their collection.
The car show will be sponsored by Clement Manor and Rosen Automotive, who will also present the event. Former Wisconsin Hotrod Radio Show host Captn' Bob will have the honor of handing out awards to winning cars, as well as DJing festive tunes. Cars will be judged by a panel of judges, with first and second place awards being given out in each car category. The first 250 cars to be registered will receive a dash-plaque.
Admission is free to spectators, and organizers encourage anyone with an interest in cars to come out and enjoy the exhibition. There will be cold drinks provided by AMP Haus and food options from local food vendors. Organizers note that no pets or outside food or drink is allowed.
Participants who pre-register for the car show are guaranteed a shirt with the event Logo Design, and all those who pre-register will also be entered to win a gift basket valued at $50.
The City of Greenfield Car Show will take place on September 14 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. It will be held at Konkel Park located at 5151 West Layton Avenue. Pre-registration is $8, while standard registration is $10.
