The Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission (MADACC) has made plans to host a clinic where the public can have their dog or cat microchipped and vaccinated. This service is being offered at a low cost to make it accessible to as many pet owners as possible.
The clinic is open to those dogs and cats that are licensed, and the cost to do this begins at $12 for an animal that has been spayed or neutered. The vaccines will be offered for $5 each, and the microchips for $15 each. Those who would like to access this discounted fee are required to purchase their tickets ahead of time by visiting the MADACC offices, which are located at 3839 West Burnham Street.
The organizers noted that they expect a big turnout for the event, and people who bring their pets may have to wait outdoors. All cats need to be in a carrier, and all dogs must be leashed. Poster printing can be used to craft marketing materials for this type of occasion.
