Greenfield is up all night with food and music

The Greenfield Parks and Recreation Department is putting the finishing touches on the latest in its Food Truck Friday and Concert in the Park event series. The event combines fun music with some of the best food in town.

This concert marks the first use of the brand new outdoor amphitheater. The new space promises lots of seating and great acoustics for the band - Up All Night. The four-person group is a local act that will perform covers of the best in party and dance music from the last 70 years. The band will perform for a total of four hours with breaks in between sets, allowing visitors time to get food.

The food trucks in question will take up positions in the parking lot, where they will serve a variety of cuisine from some of the top food vendors in the region. So far, Marco Pollo, the French Creperie, and Meat on the Street have confirmed their attendance, with many more anticipated to sign on. Spaces are still available for interested vendors, who can sign up by filling out business Forms available at the Parks and Recreation Department.

Food Truck Friday and Concert in the Park featuring Up All Night will take place this Friday, August 26, from 6:00 to 10:00 pm at Konkel Park, located at 5151 W. Layton Rd. Attendance is free, but food and drinks must be purchased. Anyone interested in more info should contact Parks and Recreation directly.
