This February, The GMAR Young Professionals Network will invite Chris Chirafisi with DWELL MKE to discuss common home inspection issues and how to catch them.
Chris Chirafisi is a residential home inspector with over 20 years of experience, 14 of those years as a building inspector licenced by the state. He is also a Senior Technical Training Instructor at AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training Institute), and former HUD REAC inspector and BPI Energy Auditor.
The workshop is specifically designed to teach realtors what to look for in terms of home issues when showing a house to clients or listing a home. Chirafisi will share some of his craziest inspection stories while delving into how to distinguish between a minor problem and a major problem. Breakfast will be served before the presentation, and those interested in networking with their fellow realtors will have a chance to do so.

The home inspection workshop is scheduled for February 6, from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. It will take place at The Hose Tower on 5699 Parking Street, Greendale, just two minutes from Greenfield. The event is free, but organizers recommend registering to reserve one’s spot.
