During an event that has been planned near Greenfield, guests will have an opportunity to travel the world of food without ever having to leave their own local area.
Mequon-Milwaukee Afterhours Rotary Club will be hosting its “Global Fusion Local Flavor” fundraiser, which will showcase the talents of the community’s chefs. They will be preparing dishes that will combine locally sourced ingredients with those from around the world to create an assortment of flavors, and wine, liquor, and beer from across the globe will also be featured.
As they enjoy the food, guests will have a chance to mingle and meet new friends while they listen to the live musical performance. They can also bid on assortment of items in the silent auction, and the proceeds from the occasion will be used by the Rotary Club to help support its various local and global efforts to improve the lives of others.
