What's Happening in Greenfield, WI…

Greenfield dogs and owners to enjoy twilight walk

Next month, dogs and their owners will see the annual Bark After Dark once again come to Konkel Park in Greenfield.

Bark After Dark is a Greenfield event designed specifically for dog owners and their furry best friends. Konkel Park will open its grounds as the sun sets for dogs and their owners to come out and enjoy the twilight with a multitude of both human and dog-friendly activities.

For the human attendees, there will be live music, food vendors, pet-related vendors, and beer served at the AMP. The furry friends can enjoy the Twilight Trail Walk, which will enable pet owners and their dogs to explore all the Konkel Park trails on a guided tour of the grounds. The Twilight Trail Walk will be $20 per owner and dog combo or $25 after July 7. The event includes a specially printed T-shirt, collapsible pet water bowl, and goody bag.

Pet vendors will have the opportunity to set up booths with their products, as well as promotional products and advertising materials for attendees to peruse. Organizations with dogs up for adoption will not be accepted at this time.

The Bark After Dark event will take place on July 11 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Konkel Park is located at 5151 West Layton Avenue.
