Next month, Greenfield ghost hunters should note that the Milwaukee Paracon 2023: Conference and Vendors Day will be held in Milwaukee, just a few minutes from Greenfield.
The Milwaukee Paracon is a conference showcasing paranormal topics, cryptozoology, ufology, folklore, and other strange and niche topics. The conference was founded in 2015 by author and journalist Tea Krulos, who specializes in ethnographic writing, non-fiction, social science, and gonzo journalism. The con aims to be informative and welcoming, offering a constructive space where people with similar interests can learn from each other and celebrate their unique knowledge bases.
Paracon will feature American Ghost Walks as its presenting sponsor this year. American Ghost Walks offers ghost tours in Chicago, Milwaukee, and across the Midwest. There will also be guest speakers, documentaries, panels, and paranormal investigation activities. The event will also be a chance to highlight the local small businesses, crafters, musicians, and artisans in the community.
