The 46th Virginia Beach Antiques Show is taking place in the city for three days this August.
The show is expected to feature more than 100 dealers from 22 states, and some from Canada. They will be selling a wide variety of items which will be of interest to serious collectors, interior decorators, and the general public. Attendees can expect to see the likes of linens, Books, rugs, antique prints, and furniture for sale.
Vintage Alley is set to showcase and sell salvage materials from the 1950s and 1960s, and works of art and decor created from such salvage will also be on display. Art and antique appraisals will be available, restricted to one item per person, and a restoration specialist will be on hand to provide help to those who are embarking on their own projects.
An event like this might interest those in the Virginia Beach area who are currently employed by printing companies. Paper-based items, such as antique prints, will show them the history of their craft and may inspire them in their current works.
The Virginia Beach Antiques Show is being held at the Virginia Beach Convention Center from August 8 to 10. Admission is $7 for all three days and free for children aged 12 and under. To find out more about this event, call 757-417-7771.Get a Free Quote for Books
