The Virginia Beach SPCA speaks for those who cannot speak for themselves, and whether they walk, swim, slither, or fly, all animals will benefit from a local upcoming gala event.
The organization's Wags and Whiskers Gala will be one of its signature fundraisers for 2026, and it will have a theme of “Old Hollywood Glam.” There is room for up to 450 on its guestlist, and those who attend will be doing good turns for animals in need.
The Saturday evening event will be filled with elegance, and it will be held at the Marriott Oceanfront Resort. Everyone can toast the organization's efforts and learn more about its work and how their help will make an impact. Food and cocktails will be served, and live music will add to the overall excitement.
To help raise even more for the cause, the crowd will be invited to bid on donated Corporate Gifts and other items. The activity is restricted to those age 21 and up, and all monies raised will be used by the Virginia Beach SPCA.
The organization’s biggest event of the year, the Wags and Whiskers Gala for 2026 will offer a sumptuous experience for all of its guests on Saturday, April 11. It will start at 7:00 pm, and tickets can be purchased through the organizer’s website.
