Soups on in Virginia Beach

A Virginia Beach event will showcase one of the area’s best known seafood dishes.

The East Coast She Crab Soup Classic will see chefs from all over the region compete for the People’s Choice and Critic’s Choice awards and the bragging rights that go along with them. The public will have an opportunity to sample the different entries and vote for their favorites, while a panel of four cuisine experts will determine who will be awarded the Critic’s Choice. Graphic design can be utilized to create award certificates as well as Flyers and other Promotional Products for this type of event.

This seafood dish is a well known regional specialty, and has been served in the area for decades. It can be found on the menu in many of the city’s restaurants, and is very popular.

The event’s tickets and passes can be purchased in advance for $17.50 each. Any that are not sold ahead of time will be available at the door for $25.00 each.

The East Coast She Crab Classic has been planned for April 8th from 12:00 pm until 2:30 pm at 24th Street Park. It will take place rain or shine, and people are asked to leave their both their beach chairs and pets at home as they are not allowed in the tasting area.
