Bodywork event comes to Virginia Beach

There will be a bodywork event taking place in Virginia Beach this January.

This course teaches hands-on massage skills to help promote increased flow and mobility within the body's structure. It delves into the scientific understanding of anxiety and depression, exploring the brain's mechanisms and the significance of conventional treatments.

Additionally, it examines emotional anatomy, emphasizing how thoughts, beliefs, and feelings shape the body, alongside discussions on how mindfulness exercises aid in breaking free from negative patterns of thinking.

Participants will gain insight into easy body-centering practices, including breathwork, bioenergetics, hands-on methods, and cultivating a caring presence. With these practices, individuals will be able to discover the body's innate capability to reset, recalibrate, and return to its normal flow, overcoming the grips of anxiety and depression.

This class, rooted in hands-on experience, is primarily designed for bodywork practitioners seeking to aid clients in their journey toward healing from anxiety and depression.

The cost to attend is $450. The event is accessible to individuals of the public 18 and older. Tickets can be bought through the Cultivating Inner Stillness listing.

Flyer printing can be a great way for event organizers to advertise events like this one.

The location of the event will be Unity of Tidewater at 5580 Shell Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia. The dates and times will be Thursday, January 11th through Saturday, January 13th, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day.
