A renowned annual beer festival is back in Virginia Beach this October.
Oktoberfest is a celebration of German culture, food, and beer. This one-day event will feature an array of authentic German and fall-themed beverages, traditional and modern cuisines, expansive outdoor tents, and live entertainment.
The event will offer a diverse selection of traditional German and fall-themed beers, ciders, and cocktails. Attendees can savor authentic German and Bavarian dishes, including bratwurst (sausages), and brezen (pretzels). The entertainment lineup features German folk dancers, the Flying Dutchman Band, and traditional and modern DJs.
The event has a family fun zone, a general vendor market, and an indoor beer hall. Additionally, participants can engage in a cup stacking competition and a Bratwurst eating challenge. Offering a taste of local cuisine, there will also be restaurants and food trucks on-site. This event is family-friendly, welcoming attendees of all ages. Activities for younger participants include bounce houses, face painting, a pumpkin patch, and pumpkin painting.
