Annual festival returns to Virginia Beach

The annual Sertoma Spring Fever event will return to Virginia Beach this April.

One of the most anticipated celebrations in the region, it offers patrons a fun and festive atmosphere that brings people together. It also contributes directly to Norfolk Sertoma sponsorship projects. The event is commonly known as "the great barn party," a name that highlights the jovial and laid-back atmosphere patrons can expect.

The event features live music performed by popular bands, including The Chong Band and The Deloreans. Another highlight is the beer, wine, and spirits available at the venue, along with food. The menu includes slow-smoked beef sirloin, fried fish, barbecued pork, hush puppies, and clam chowder. All dishes are prepared and served by club members.

Tickets for the event are available for purchase through the event’s website, which are now $85, since the opportunity to buy early bird tickets for $75 passed on March 1. The event has a strict age limit. As per state law, no one under 21 is allowed.
