Pasadena sets date for first Chamber Day
The Pasadena Chamber of Commerce recently released the news that it has partnered with the city to host the first ever Chamber Day at City Hall, and it promises to be both fun and informative.
As part of the groups C.A.S.E. (connect, advocate, serve and educate) mandate, it has created a day that will help its members connect with local government. It will open the Chamber’s September calendar, and there are enough spots for up to 20 participants.
The schedule for the activity includes attending a meeting of the city council, and the group will meet personally with Pasadena’s mayor and council members. An introduction to the head of various departments is on the agenda, and a tour of the venue will take place as well. The sponsors for the session are Funeraria Del Angel and Clark Freight Lines. A complimentary lunch will be served.
The listing for the event explained that RSVPs must be submitted to take part, and it's only open to Chamber members. Brochure printing services for an activity will be on offer at local print shops, and these publications can make it a snap to distribute a lot of information at once.
The first Chamber Day at Pasadena City Hall will begin at 8:00 am on September 3rd. The Chamber’s website provides additional details and also a registration link.
