Family restaurant comes to Missouri City area
Those that enjoy traditional American comfort food may be pleased to hear a new chain is opening its doors near Missouri City.
Berg Hospitality Group has announced a new location in Sugar Land for Buttermilk Baby. The chain is known for its retro-inspired designs, as well as its comfort food and ice cream offerings. The brand offers a menu steeped in traditional Americana, featuring fried chicken, burgers, fries, and ice cream. The décor and building designs draw attention to traditional diners of the past, with pastel colors, neon lights, and plenty of barstools. The new store is 1 of 10 of their soda fountain-styled diners slated for opening across Texas. Store openings often like to highlight their opening with banner printing or other services from print shops.
The corporation describes the restaurant approach on their website:
Berg Hospitality was founded by restaurant owner Benjamin Berg and consists of a portfolio of various restaurants with which residents may be familiar, including The Ranch Saloon + Steakhouse, Trattoria Sofia, and Prime 131.
The new Buttermilk Baby store is expected to open in September. It’s located in the City Walk district at 15958 City Walk in Sugar Land.
