Basketball camp scheduled for Missouri City
A local athletics development organization is bringing Missouri City youth a dynamic training opportunity.
Love Basketball Development (LBD) has announced two camps for area youth in July. These five-day camps are for kids between the ages of 6 and 15, featuring growth opportunities in leadership development as well as specific basketball skills. Children will be grouped by age and skill level. Camp attendees will receive specific basketball skills training in shooting, ball handling, and defensive strategies. Leadership skills will include effective communication, collaboration, and sportsmanship. Participants will receive a complimentary LBD T-shirt and a certificate of completion.

This five-day camp will be held twice in July, from July 14-18 and July 28-August 1. Daily camp hours are 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM for each of those weeks. The address for the venue is 13230 South Gessner Road in Missouri City. Participants are responsible for bringing a personal basketball, water bottles, as well as lunch and snacks.
