Crawfish cookout brings the flavor to Missouri City residents
A Southern-style cookout featuring fresh crawfish is preparing to welcome visitors near Missouri City for a memorable experience at an annual festival.
The Annual Sundress and Shorts Crawfish Festival, which Party Animalz will organize, will open the gates and welcome visitors and interested parties for a fun dining and dancing experience. The event will feature savory food options and live music, helping Missouri City celebrate the arrival of crawfish season in southern Texas.
Live music will be provided by J Paul Jr. and Zydeco Nubreeds, along with help from DJ Badazz Pooh. Zydeco Nubreeds will perform top R&B hits and will take the stage at 8:30 PM. Banner printing is a fantastic way to decorate the backdrop of the stage at festivals featuring musical acts and performers like this.
In addition to crawfish, attendees will have access to several other food options from several vendors for snacks or meals. Registered guests at the event can also enter the Sundress and Shorts competition for the opportunity to win prizes. Visitors will enjoy unlimited crawfish from 3:00 to 7:00 PM, and outside alcohol is welcome.
This year’s crawfish festival will be held at the BH Ranch near Missouri City on Saturday, May 24. The gates open at 3:00 PM. Tickets are available online starting at $25 per person.
