Houston showcases Oregon sips

Oregon’s wine industry has greatly expanded in recent years, and a Houston event is set to bring a taste of the Pacific Northwest to the city’s vino fans.

Those who reserve a seat in the “A Taste of Oregon: Feature Region Tasting Event” will be treated to a variety of sips, and it will be an exclusive event. Everyone can stroll along and sample at their own pace, and seven wines will be flowing.

The guests for the activity can browse through the various tasting tables that will be set up, and there will be light bites served as well. To encourage everyone to mingle, there will be no seating, and the function will be held outdoors under a canopy tent. Tickets for the two hour long function are $ 48.71, which includes taxes and fees, and the activity is being hosted thanks to the efforts of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

A tasting event gives a winery an opportunity to introduce itself to a new group of potential fans. Custom drink ware printed with a bespoke design can be prepared for a special event by a local printing services company.

This chance to sip and sample some of the wines crafted in Oregon is scheduled for March 10th. NRG Park - Carruth Plaza will be the location for the occasion, and it will begin at 5:00 pm.
