When it comes to fun, Houston has a lot to offer, and it will be celebrating July 4th with a big blowout.
The Stars Over Houston festival will bring together a wide variety of live entertainers, activities, and a special evening fireworks exhibition, and its car show is expected to draw considerable attention. The United Promoters Association has made passes for the festivities available, with an assortment to choose from.
The celebration will include a car demo competition, which will be limited to show quality vehicles. Trophies and cash prizes will be presented to the winners. The foodies in the crowd can head to the concession area where there will be food trucks parked, and funnel cakes will be available all day long for $5 each. Horseback riding, a water slide, mechanical bull, and a live DJ are all on the agenda, and the fireworks will take to the sky at dusk.
