The seed of a tree that grows throughout the tropics, the coconut has long been used for both food and drinks, and a Houston activity will showcase its versatility.
Dubbed “Coconut Affair,” the evening will be a celebration filled with both cuisine and spirits, and it may be of special interest to local foodies. Tickets for this culinary experience start at $88.64. The event has been organized by The Houston Tasting Society and will run for two hours.
Ticketholders for the occasion will be able to sample everything from coconut-inspired main dishes and desserts to premium rums and cocktails. The bites on offer will be curated by the organizers, with the distinctive taste of coconut always at the forefront. Creative pairings will demonstrate how different foods can go well together.
Local food and beverage providers who would like to be part of the fun can reserve a vendor booth space for $117.51. Exhibition Stationery along with custom crafted napkins and other tableware can be ordered from a local printer that supplies in-house graphic design.
