A Bay Area initiative that gives Houston’s small businesses a collective opportunity to expand their customer bases is on the way to the city.
Bay Area Trade Day will be taking over Gilruth Sport Park for an early September shopping party, and it will be open for six hours. There is no entry fee, and anyone who would like to reserve their pass is welcome to do so now
The function will have a focus on handmade arts and crafts, but that will not be the whole story. There will also be boutique-style clothing as well as home decor and jewelry, and food market-style items will also be in the mix. The gourmands the crowd can make tracks for one of the food trucks, and the fun will be on offer both indoors and out. It has been requested that pets be left at home.
A pop-up market may attract a lot of attention, and a printing services company can help one to stand out even more. It can prepare signage and other materials to post ahead of time, which can help to build the buzz in the local area.
This late summer sale will be on offer on Saturday, September 2 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. It is free to attend and parking is available for $5 per vehicle.
