For the 23rd straight year, the city of Bellaire will host its annual Daddy-Daughter dance.
Organizers are again billing this event as a Bellaire tradition and a chance for fathers and their daughters to spend some special time together. All couples will leave with special gifts, keepsakes, and Promotional Products from local businesses.
The event will have light refreshments. Previous years’ activities included games, face painting, and a photo booth, and this year's event will also have its own special attractions.
The event is on Saturday, February 4, from 6:30 to 9:00 pm, at Bellaire City Hall. The address is 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire. Tickets are $30 for Bellaire residents, $40 for non-residents and can be purchased ahead of time by visiting the Bellaire Recreation Center. Organizers note that attendees must buy tickets ahead of time and will not be able to buy them at the door.
This event is the latest in a string of events that the Bellaire Recreation Center offers. Other special events held at the Center throughout the year include Wine and Tapas, the Party at the Pavillion, and the Bellaire Trolley run.
