Officials from the event describe it as:
"[A] vibrant community event that is filled with antique and unique cars of all types.”
The event is free to attend, and individuals there will have an opportunity to see different types of cars, meet with local automotive businesses, pick up Promotional Products, and introduce themselves to other local car enthusiasts.
The event will have more than just cars. According to officials, volunteers are seeking to create a fun, family atmosphere. There will be food trucks and music present throughout the day. Furthermore, there will be a Kid Zone with a variety of child-friendly activities, including painting.
The event is free for anyone to attend, and no pre-registration is required. Individuals interested in bringing their cars or trucks to sell at the event should contact organizers.
The final event of the season will be held on Sunday, June 16, but before that there will be events on Saturday, April 20 and Sunday, May 5. The April event starts at 12:00 noon and will take place at the Bayou City Event Center, which is located at 9401 Knight Road, Houston, just a quick drive from Bellaire.
