Nashville prepares for national agri convention

Thousands are expected to converge on Nashville in early February when one of the largest agri conventions in the country convenes.

The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) will hold its annual convention, CattleCon 2026, during the first week of February. The three-day conference will feature business sessions, vendor exhibitions, cattle handling demonstrations, and more. Attendees will have an opportunity to interact with industry insiders and experts, and establish beneficial networking relationships. Business Cards and similar graphic design products are useful at conventions. Many familiar names, such as John Deere, Merck, Caterpillar, and Tyson, sponsor the event.

The conference schedule features Dale Earnhardt, Jr. as the opening speaker. Many other activities of interest follow, including a First-Timer Meetup, sessions for college-aged cattlemen, various business meetings, trainings, Farm Journal’s U.S. Farm Report, and after-hours receptions held by various state chapters. Leading industry businesses will be in the exhibit hall during the day for the NCBA Trade Show.

CattleCon 2026 will occur February 3-5 at the Nashville Music Center, located at 201 Rep. John Lewis Way South. Pre-registration is open on the event’s official website, with student rates available for high school, undergraduate, and graduate students. One-day reservations are also available. The organization has a limited number of scholarships available to help offset the cost of the conference, which includes discounted hotel rooms. Conference attendees are not required to join the NCBA.
