Medical festival connects patients and caregivers in Nashville

LifeFest 2026 is set to take place in Nashville in the first half of July.

This event brings patients and caregivers together for one weekend to interact with one another, as well as the medical and scientific communities that support them. This initiative is particularly for GIST patients who have a rare form of cancer and are in need of information regarding the disease, particularly due to the evolving knowledge and understanding of this disease within the scientific community.

Workshops arranged by LifeFest give patients the opportunity to learn about emerging medical information, increase awareness, and gain a deeper understanding of the disease, its treatments, and related topics.

Other than the regular educational workshops, this year's event will also feature scientific presentations highlighting the latest research and treatments related to the disease. The event is organized by the Life Raft Group.

Registrations are now open through the Eventbrite page. Information about airline travel and parking is also available there, while the full weekend agenda can be found on the official website of the Life Raft Group. Poster and flyer printing are commonly used to support events such as this.

The festival will take place from July 10 to 12, 2026, at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. It will begin at 3 pm on July 10 and conclude at approximately 12 pm on July 12.
