A seminar for women in business is coming to Memphis.
Women & Business will focus on high achieving women who are making a difference in business and in the community. There will be multiple conversations highlighting their professional journeys, what it takes to be a leader and what they’ve learned along the way. These women, working in various fields will share their experiences and help provide you with knowledge and perspective.
The speakers include Gina Neely, a successful entrepreneur, TV personality, New York Times bestselling author, international speaker and advocate for health and wellness. Chef Karen Carrier will also be in attendance. Chef Carrier is the owner of several popular restaurants throughout south Mississippi. Her portfolio includes The Beauty Shop Restaurant & Bar, DKDC, The Mollie Fontaine Lounge, and Another Roadside Attraction. Also speaking will be Shannon Briggs, founder and head mountain goat at Campfire Collective. Campfire Collective is an award-winning boutique agency that creates strategic, community-forward marketing. Poster printing is a popular way of making events look good.
Registration is required and it closes on Wednesday, February 25th at 5:00pm.
The Daily Memphian will host its 2026 Women & Business seminar on February 26th from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Memphis Botanic Garden. The program will conclude with a wine and cheese reception beginning at 5:00 p.m.
