Candlelight classical music returns to Memphis

Although the city of Memphis is spending a great deal of time preparing for Independence Day, there are plenty of other activities to enjoy throughout July. An upcoming classical concert is one example of what residents can expect.

The Memphis Brooks Museum of Art will soon be hosting a performance of The Four Seasons. This famous piece was composed by Antonio Vivaldi, and some would argue that The Four Seasons is his most well-known work. This rendition is also unique in the fact that it will be held within candlelit settings. This should provide a memorable backdrop for all those who wish to attend.

The concert itself is broken down into four separate movements, and each of these movements is roughly 15 minutes long. Therefore, the entire performance should take approximately one hour.

Classical concert organizers often turn to proven marketing techniques when preparing for any event. Some potential choices include mass brochure printing, distributing playbills at the door, and placing banner ads in relevant venues. Social media updates are also effective techniques that can connect with a wide audience.

The Four Seasons will be returning to the Memphis stage on Friday, July 24th at 6:30 PM. This concert is being hosted by the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art located at 1934 Poplar Avenue. Tickets begin at $34.50 per person.
