Anime Blues Con 6 is coming to Memphis next month for four days.
The convention is dedicated to anime and manga popular culture. Differently to other events of its kind, the emphasis is on the fans and the special guests are not highly well-known celebrities, but writers, artists, and voice actors.
There will be all sorts of activities taking place at the convention, including fan panel discussions, video and analog gaming tournaments, and a fashion show. Guests can choose between five tracks of activities, which include arts and culture, gaming, and adult.
There is set to be a formal ball with the theme of “magical girls”. Also taking place will be a cosplay contest where competitors will compete for such awards as Best in Show, Judge’s Choice, Best Up and Coming Cosplayer, and Best Armor.
A popular area will no doubt be the dealers’ room where guests can purchase a variety of anime-related merchandise. It will also include Artists’ Alley.
To spread the word about this event in the Memphis area, organizers may invest in advertising products such as Flyers.
