Fundamentals of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for Stronger Business is a program where business professionals can learn how to elevate their workplace culture. The lecture will show attendees how DEI can improve their business performance and encourage innovation. The presenter for the event is Mary McConner, a graduate from the Saïd Business School who is a member of the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis and the Memphis Business Journal. She is also a Certified Diversity Executive for The Society For Diversity.
