Memphis oenophiles invited to sip for a cause
Memphis wine lovers are welcome to come to an event that will let them travel the world without ever having to leave their own home town.
This year will be the fourth for the Mid-South Group Wine on the River in Memphis, and it will be held in Mud Island River Park. A huge assortment of wines will be poured for the guests to try, and they will be sourced from all over the world.
Samples will be paired with food that will be available for purchase. While they enjoy exploring the various vintages, the attendees can take in one of the live performances that will take place throughout the evening. General admission, VIP, and designated driver tickets have all been made available for the festivities, and these start at $20.
A portion of the proceeds from this special occasion will be donated to Best Buddies of Tennessee, which is a group that fosters friendships and other supports for those with intellectual and developmental challenges. Banner printing for this type of function can be sourced from an area printer.
