The Memphis Botanic Garden gives the public an opportunity to enjoy a variety of trees, gardens and other offerings all year round. This holiday season, it will be launching its “Gifts of Green at the Garden” pop-up shop, and it will be filled with lots of horticulturally themed gift ideas.
The holiday market, which will be open to the public through November until the end of December, will be located in the Visitor Center at the gardens. Everything from live plants to ornaments and giftware will be included, and the monies raised will be used by the botanical gardens to pay for its assorted programming.
The shoppers at the market will find gifts for both inside and outside the home, as well as lots of ideas for holiday decor. The greenery used in the arrangements will be locally sourced, and it will also be available for purchase on its own by those who prefer to create their own masterpieces. Table gardens, plants, ornaments, pretreated paperwhite and amaryllis bulbs, and many other items will also be available.
Since a pop-up shop like this is only open for a short period of time, marketing it effectively is important. Including a flyer printing company in the promotional plans can be useful, as it will be able to prepare an assortment of Flyers, mailers and other items to help spread the word.
The first ever Memphis Botanic Garden Gifts of Green at the Garden holiday market will run until December 29. It will be open daily from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm.
