The 22nd annual Blues Ball is taking place this month in Memphis, presented by the Memphis Charitable Foundation.
This year, the ball will be paying tribute to the late B.B. King, who passed away earlier in the year. In addition, the event is also set to celebrate the 80th birthdays of Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Sam Moore.
Guests will enjoy food and drink while they enjoy musical performances from local and internationally known artists. They can also participate in an auction and have the opportunity to bid on some great items, and will finish off the evening by watching a spectacular fireworks display over the downtown Memphis area.
The Memphis Charitable Foundation supports a number of charities, including the Baddour Center, the International Children's Heart Foundation, and the Madonna Learning Center.
It is likely that organizers of this Memphis fundraising event will be advertising it widely. This may involve investing in flyer printing and other services from local companies.
The Blues Ball will take place at the Gibson Guitar Factory on October 24 from 7:00 PM to midnight. Tickets are $200, although VIP tables of 10 are available for $3,000, $5,000, and $10,000.
