Sioux Falls will host the Eerie Echoes event this October to celebrate the fall season with a bit of spooky fun, local music, and creative activities.
The Eerie Echoes festival will be hosted by Jorelle from the band Pray for Villains, a genre-blending band active in the Sioux Falls community. The festival is all ages, with an after-dark segment called Echoes After Dark geared more towards an older audience. As the main attraction, there will be nine local bands performing, as well as four DJs spinning spooky tunes. An example of the musical lineup includes In Gloom, Errors of Humanity, Psycho 78, and Alien Parasite.
Other activities include rubber axe-throwing competitions and a Halloween costume, both of which will offer prizes. Local vendors and artists, such as Chasing White Rabbits Creations, Sioux Empire Pit Rescue, and Full Circle Tattoo will also be present. Food vendors currently expected are Windy City Bites, King of Gyros, and Double D BBQ.

Eerie Echoes is scheduled to take place on October 11 from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm. It will be held at 49th Street Liquor, located at 3601 South Minnesota Avenue, Sioux Falls. Tickets are $25 all day and then $20 after 7:30 pm.
