The Fourth Annual Earn the Gift Gala will be held in Sioux Falls this December to raise money for the Ty Eschenbaum Foundation.
The Ty Eschenbaum Foundation was founded in 2011 after Ty Eschenbaum, then a sophomore in college, was diagnosed with leukemia. The foundation was formed with the mission of supporting youth cancer survivors and their families. The organization has expanded their mission to include adopting one Make-a-Wish family every year. The Annual Earn the Gift Gala is held to raise funds for these charitable causes in the form of providing scholarships to cancer survivors and offering Make-A-Wish South Dakota sponsorships
The gala will invite guests to a night of elegant celebration, featuring a black-tie optional experience on a red-carpet entrance. Attendees will enjoy a champagne wall, festive cocktails, photo lounge, and various surprises throughout the evening. Andy Gibson and Ryan Merriam of Dueling Duo will be present with live piano.
Charity galas often attract businesses interested in becoming sponsors of the event. Sponsoring businesses will often have their likeness included in promotional materials.
