Sioux Falls' art festival to showcase regional artists

This September, the annual Sidewalk Arts Festival will be held in Sioux Falls to celebrate the region's artists and creative community.

The festival is the region's largest one-day arts festival, and serves as a fundraiser for the Washington Pavilion of Arts & Science, which is a historic cultural venue that features theater performances, art galleries, and interactive science exhibits. The proceeds raised by the fundraiser go towards supporting the Pavilion's mission of educating and enriching the community through inspiring lifelong discovery and learning.

The outdoor festival will feature over 230 regional vendors that will have folk art, fine art, and handmade wares showcased. Last year, the festival had 284 vendors, which broke records, making it the most well-attended event in the history of the festival. Organizers hope that this year's festival will surpass this number. The festival will also feature downtown dining options and food trucks, along with live entertainment and interactive activities throughout the day.

To drum up attention for such an event, organizers may decide to invest in local flyer printing services that can Print Posters in bulk for them to distribute in the community.

The Sidewalk Arts Festival is scheduled to occur on September 12 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. It will be held at the Washington Pavilion, which is located at 301 South Main Avenue in
Sioux Falls.
