The 605 Summer Classic Beer & Music Festival will be held in Sioux Falls next month to celebrate the diversity of talent in the state.
The 605 is a monthly publication, website, social media account, and podcast that celebrates all things South Dakota. It has won multiple awards for its journalism and efforts to showcase the people, locations, and events unique to South Dakota. The 605 Summer Classic is an example of these efforts, being an outdoor festival that seeks to highlight the musical talent and creative brews of South Dakota.
Presented by Royal River Casino and Hotel and Voyage Federal Credit Union, the festival will feature live music from Fine Mess, DJ Chris Hintz, and many other artists. For refreshment, there will be over 20 South Dakota breweries offering unlimited beer tastings. Various food trucks will also be set up to feed hungry festivalgoers. Other activities include retail vendors and trivia sessions.
Music festivals often benefit from flyer advertising, as Flyers can be easily placed in high-traffic areas. Local Print shops specializing in flyer printing can be helpful in printing these in bulk for organizers.
The festival is scheduled for June 18 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. It will take place at Cherapa Place in Downtown Sioux Falls. Tickets will go on sale soon. For updates, visit the 605’s website.
