Sioux Falls sways to Native American classic rock fusion

This July, Levitt Sioux Falls will host a special concert from Brule, the prominent Native American rock band that has been performing for audiences for the last 20 seasons.

Brule is a unique contemporary Native American band that has been merging classic rock music with traditional Native American sounds since the late 1990s. The new age music group has sold over a million records across the globe and performs over 100 performances a year. They have appeared on TV on Live with Regis and Kathie Lee, and on CNN World Beat.

The concert will feature Brule in their best-known five-piece rock ensemble that includes Native American instrumentals and dances by one of the most talented Native American dance troupes.

The opening act will be Kobe Jordon. Concessions include food vendors such as Street Sweets, Great Plain Greens, and Rudy’s Tex Mex. The beverage vendor will be JJ’s Wine and Spirits.
