Cota Coaching & Consulting will host their first annual Leadership & Culture Summit in Sioux Falls next month, to discuss topics relating to leadership in the workplace and corporate culture.
Cota Coaching & Consulting provides professional development courses as well as consulting services for a variety of businesses. Services offered include fractional HR, recruiting, leadership peer groups, strategic planning, employee handbook revision, supervisor development, compensation analysis, and more.
The summit will invite Cota Coaching & Consulting’s clients, business partners and related peer groups to come together and learn from each other, while engaging in meaningful networking activities. The keynote will be given by Dr. Cindra Kamphoff, CMPC, PCC, who will speak on leadership and how to boost performance.
This keynote is intended to inspire listeners to embrace their passions in life and find fullfillment in their careers. There will also be two breakout sessions and a business partner roundtable, plus a networking session to round off the event. Lunch will be provided.
Attendees of such conferences may decide to visit shops that specialize in business card printing to update their supply of Business Cards in anticipation of networking activities.
